Issue with Nemesis Prestige item

If you prestige Nemesis to prestige level one, obviously he'll unlock his bloody cosmetic respectively; the bloodied fist. The issue with it is there's a small gap in the joint of his thumb that you can see through to the floor of whatever map you're on, for some reason it looks like there's just no connection with the rest of his hand and it's a bit distracting. No matter what cosmetics you combine it with, it'll persist. Whole prestige outfit, non prestiged outfit and head and all in-between. It's been going on since his launch and I thought it would've been patched but it seems no one else noticed it.
