Yeah, the event is messing with gen placement a bit. Because the viscerous cankers spawn in generator locations, if there are a lot of offerings burned sometimes there's barely room for 7 generators and 5-7 plants, so you get weird stuff like this.
Ran into this little gem myself with some pals the other night too O.o
Yeah we had a game (PS4 sadly no pictures) where all three gens where around the shack. Thankfully the killer wanted to farm so by this point it was just funny to see and not game breaking.
