I know it's a stretch for the game, but do you think a Dead Money chapter would fit DBD

Dead Money essentially turns FNV into a survival horror game. I could see Father Elijah as a killer, he could use cloud canisters to spread the cloud across the map, he could set up hologram projectors that could attack close range if there was a line of site and of course he'd be able to attach bomb collars to downed collars that would limit where survivors could go.
