Those chains!
Pinhead seemed like such an interesting killer. The chain mechanic was a unique spin on killer design...until you realize that his chains are trash. As frustrating as it is, I get his chains breaking more easily against the environment, but Pinhead himself breaking his own chains? Seriously?! It's hard enough aiming the chains, but the amount of chases that have failed because Pinhead sandbagged his own power is nuts. LOL It's like Pyramid Head wiping away the rights of judgment because he walked over them. I really hope BHVR addresses this.
