Prove Thyself working solo

Description of the issue: The game indicated I was repairing faster with Prove Thyself, while I was the only one on a generator. No items or other perks that would have sped up repairs. Video evidence here: https://youtu.be/bb2Sz4Ig0BY
Steps to reproduce (if possible): Equip Prove Thyself, work on a generator solo, see what happens.
How often does this occur: First time I've noticed.
