Post Game Interface weird and stuck

Steam, Clown, Yamaoka Map Shrine_Hti

After the game, there were all interface symbols on top of each other. I don't have any controllers plugged in. Clicking Continue left the overlay over a black screen and audible footsteps and remained stuck like that so I had to shut down the game.
