Probably people who only played against him. Playing as him feels a lot weaker than playing against him.
I haven’t gotten to play against him on live servers but on the PTB he still didn’t feel too strong but he felt like he was in a good spot and fun in chase. Personally I think they should revert the change where when hitting a survivor ALL your chains spawn at once to grab onto them. They should make it so it’s one by one again since that provides better counterplay for survivor and a better slowdown as Pinhead
