All platforms\Phasewalk bug?

So Spirit still has this unusual speed build-up where if you start phasing at the beginning of a match , you go slower instead of what you should go at. This happen a total of 2 times or a bit more before it stop happening. I hope it gets fixed as it wasn’t the case before
