Hits not registering

Was streaming last night and playing Huntress. Through a hatchet at an injured Survivor which landed. Sound of the hit registered as well as the animation, yet survivor was still running. This survivor did not have Dead Hard.

This is not the only time hits haven't registered. They have registered on other Killers I've played either such as Demo and Pig. They are extremely infrequent.

    I have also experienced same bug with huntress. Huntress hatchets hit but sometimes they don't register.
