Status Effect buffs/reworks
Where do I even begin?
The status effects have been running around in DBD for some time now. And a lot of them are outdated or are just bad concepts.
No, not ALL of the effects need reworks. Exposed works just fine. And some other perks.
I'm talking about perks and addons that have been run under the bus because the effects are niche. So let's change that.
Blindness - Blurs visibility around the center of the screen, and blacks out around the edges, effectively reducing the cone of vision. Also blocks aura readings. When you are in a chase, the effects are removed until you are no longer in a chase. (Blindness is niche due to it not countering many perk effects. Generally, running perks in anticipation of a decently "meh" perk is a bad idea. This would at least make it easier to sneak up on survivors, making it a nice alternative from running Monitor and Abuse.)
Hemorrhaging - Makes skill checks harder. (In inclusion to bleeding more, losing a lot of blood would make someone light-headed. Instead of making it a weaker Blindness, it instead works as a passive pressure tool. The difficulty of skill checks isn't too hard, but it does make it harder to focus on watching out for the killer without failing a skill check.)
For the others... I'll let you handle that one.
Think you can rework 'Luck' into something that truly uses RNG?
