PS4 sales

I saw that there are sales going on for the game now.

What I notice, and also this time, is that PS4 don't get a lot of sales for the game. Why is that?

PS4 gets like maybe 2 times a year a sale, while other platforms get a lot of sales during the year.

(Not that I need DLC right now, but I'm just wondering).

I would imagine it is an issue with Sony, they are extremely anticonsumer compared to their competition which is actually saying something.
