Where can I address forum ban?
Hello, I would like to know, where can I address my forum ban. I got ban from moderator without any warning or explanation. I didnt write anything offensive or rude. I can only guess what was the reason. I would like to communicate my suspicions to an authorized person.
Or is it normal behavior like this? No warning, no reason, no chance to react. I worked as support in ebook eshop for 2 years. I have never seen such behavior towards a paying customer
