Is it even possible to get Flip-Flops full value.

Im just wondering if the bar where it stops u from healing is "100%" or is the actual full bar 100% cause if thats the case you can not get flip-flops full value no matter what...

The full value is half of what you got. So you do get full value from it.

But full value isn't 50% of the bar

yes but would getting to the stopping point of recovery get ur bar 50% filled or would you have to go past that point via unbreakable

if you reach 100% of the bar, you get up. therefore, no matter what, flip flop can never give you 50% struggle
