When Are The Issues in PS4 Going To Be Fixed? Or The Game Bugs in General for Everyone?

Respectfully,

I have been part of this community since 2017. I have 16 P3 Survivors but I also play killer. I have bought all the DLC's plus lots of cosmetics for survivors and killers that I use.

I have submitted several tickets, and I am submitting one today again. I always get the same response: "Our team is currently working on fixing this". It has been weeks and weeks and weeks....

A PS5 in the middle of a pandemic is hard to find, plus it costs 500 US dollars without sales tax.

When are going to feel like they care more about fixing and making the game playable for everyone always rather than adding new content several times a month?

**Content is great, don't get me wrong. But making the game playable is much more important**

1-How long have we been with the lag when you go against a Nemesis or play in RPD map?

2- How long have PS4 players been handling lag, teleporting, freezing in the match, specially in chases?

3- Dead Hard for PS4 players is basically impossible to use. If I go as survivor I freeze when I use it and stay in the same spot, if I go as killer and another survivor uses DH I also freeze or lag as killer.

4- The game keeps giving errors saying: "Cannot connect to game server, servers are down" but then I have PC friends who can play with no problem, so Im guessing that issue happens more to console players? Can someone confirm? (older generation consoles)

5- The Chase Music Bug: I have run into some matches (like today happened again) where there is no terror radius or chase music, only a heartbeat... Not sure if this is happening to everyone or just us, PS4 people.

****I welcome everyone, even the people from PC or all platforms to say from which platform are you to comment about what issues are you experimenting from your end if any. That way we will know as a community who is having what issues**

***My point is not to cause drama, but seriously the game is really almost unplayable at least for PS4 players and I am expressing myself respectfully***.
