Skirt Cosmetics Glitches Since 3 Years Ago

I seriously loved some of the cosmetics that got visual bugs, but it's been a very long time since they have been acknowledged by the community to be bugged and nothing has been done. I want to bring back light in hopes that this will one day be resolved. Around 3 years ago, older skirt cosmetics got bugged physics. Despite it not looking horrible in the lobby, once in game it starts to get bugged. For reference, here's what they used to look like:

And now, where the skirt is extremely rigid and just unstable everywhere:

I will give SOME credit and say that the severity of the glitchyness has went down some time ago, but it is definitely still glitchy. I really wish it gets fixed as I love these cosmetics.
