Survivors rarely, but occasionally have completely black irises.
I only have one screenshot of it, but have been noticing it in a few moments where i get a good closeup of a survivors face. Either im not looking often enough, or the bug is quite rare as i've only seen it about 4-5 times. It doesn't seem to have any consistency, both male and female survivors have had their eyes completely blacked out, and i am unsure of how to reproduce it. I play on PC.
