PC - Stuck after cleansing Totem

Step 1 : Boot the game

Step 2 : Play as survivor in a public match

Step 3 : In-game, ran in the Main building second floor, I was stuck between the divider and the wall after cleansing the totem.

Step 4 : Notice I couldn't move, crouched or upright. I couldn't use my item either (map).
