The End Game Collapse need to evolve
Now I'm pretty sure someone has mentioned this over 100 times or something but I want to put my two cents on it. The End game Collapse needs a massive buff/evolve to the games overall elements. I speak on both sides that even though it initially started as a deterrent it's not phased any players in the slightest, killers are doing the same and survivors are doing the same. It's almost coming off as an late game special effect. I want the End game to be intimidating and exhilarating for both. Here is an idea I have in mind, if you indulge me.
For survivors: if you fail to leave the exit gate after the killer moves past the two pillar points of any exit gate they walk in, the entity should block the way out as punishment for not leaving in time (like a blood warden effect). Not an instadown, but a whack. This should encourage survivors to not bait for time and commit to the escape unless they are the altruistic type.
For Killers: if the hatch is closed or there is one only survivor standing before the exit gates are opened, they should have an exit gate boost to speed up the process the escape (similar to "wake up") leaving the killer at a forced 50/50 chance of finding you unless you can sneak very well. The last survivor should also be immune to the exit block if they they are the only one.
Im tired as both a survivor and a killer that I have to waste additional time in my plays at the end when all I want to do is move on to the next match. I don't play idle at the end game and I leave when I can/save who I can. As I killer I'm constantly having to push survivors out just to move on, and as a survivor I'm tired of waiting for people who try to show off when we could deny the killer potential 2/3/4k's
This is only an idea I've had spun around my head, I'm happy to hear what you guys think, and share ideas! But I'm also happy to not listen to those who are angry about a simple idea in concept.
Thank you.
