Why are you using premonition when spine chill exists? Genuine question.
I personally prefer Premonition because it gives me a general direction. This is valuable information to me because it can influence my next choice.
Also, smart stealth killers know now to play around Spinchill if they suspect it's in play. They can't counterplay premonition.
