Crotus Prenn Asylum - Disturbed Ward - Totem Stuck Character mid-air

In the main building first floor, after clean this totem, my character fly in the air and stuck, can just spin (can't move)
=> Drop an item to pick it up didn't work.
=> Another survivor can't move me either
=> The Killer can down me and can grab me so set me free
I test it with a friend, and it happend again. So maybe 100% of the time the bugue will trigger.
