Is The Doctor bugged right now?
I've been playing him for several games and i'm having quite a lot of times in which Static Blast just doesn't do anything, the survivor can be right in front of me and they will still not scream or get madness. If they crouch or something they are immediatly not affected by it? All the times it happened they were in clear view of me and within the terror radius, didn't jump inside a locker or anything.
