Steam points for Auric Cells

Normally you get points for purchasing a game, dlc or in game currency

When i try to buy Auric Cells it doesn't give any steam points and this is on i believe Dead by Daylight more than Steam.

My friend purchased some Auric Cells to buy Steve and Nancy cosmetics and he didn't get any steam points.

    You don't see the points in Checkout but you do earn them. After buying check PointShop and you'll notice that you got points.

    see that's the thing to test it i asked my friend to check his steam points before and after he didn't get any

    Well that's weird, because just last week i bought Auric Cells and got some points. Also it is written that you earn points by buying in-game items too. Tell your friend to check Steam point history just to make sure, then submit a ticket if he didn't receive them.
