Killer hit not registering at exit gate

Breakdown of what happened:

The Nemesis put Meg into dying state at the exit gate

I (Steve) started healing Meg in the dying state

Nemesis tried to hit me, tentacle strike me, but nothing hit

When I finished healing, Nemesis could finally hit me

Pretty game breaking, and makes it look like survivor is hacking. Shadowplay didn't work, so I didn't get a video out of it.
