Are auric cells shared trough nintendo switch accounts?

I bought dlc's in my american account and i can play the content in my main local account (the game is not avaible in my local eshop). That works with auric cells too?

    No, pretty sure the account is tied to your Nintendo account and you can only use in-game purchases on the account you bought them with.

    eShop purchases are shared on the same console.
