Totem uncleansable on Lery's
I found a Hex totem on Lery's which was impossible to cleanse. No interaction at all. Someone else from the team tried and it seems they had the same issue as me as they finally left and Ruin was never cleansed.
Picture of the spawn.
I cropped the picture to hide people's name. It happened a few minutes ago on PC/Steam.
