Emblem Unbroken gives broken - bug

I encountered 3 times now that i escape the match without being downed (or hooked) and receive an escaped broken emblem in the endgame screen. I did get multiple hits, but never went into dying state.

I don't have screenshots at the moment, but will add them if i encounter it again.
