Unable to cleanse totem on Lery's Memorial Institute

Marii_sama

On Lery's Memorial Institute it is impossible to cleanse totem in one of the rooms.

Playing as Claudette vs The Executioner with Hex:Ruin and Hex:Undying.

The issue can probably be replicated if the totem spawns in the same blue box thingy.
