Unable to open Hatch on RPD map with Dull key using Milky Glass and Prayer Rope

Queue up as Adam Francis, set RPD Badge for Map, complete 1 generator, have all other survivors die, killer closes the hatch (Hag), and attempt to reopen.

I'm surprised this hasn't already been addressed. Seems like a more serious bug.
