Does Stridor no longer work on Victor
I remember it got changed from a global effect to just a Killer effect so does that mean the 2nd best gremlin can't use stridor anymore.

If anything it shouldnt at all, Victor shouldnt get affected by perks.
Have they fixed that bug with Mine Blast btw?
