PC - Constant cackling/summon entity sounds around hooks even when no one is hooked

1. Enter match
2. Walk near hook
3. Hear weird sound
4. Go crazy looking for a lit totem that doesn't exist
5. Listen more carefully
6. Realize it is a bug with the hooks and that the sound is coming from them.

It happens in every match, even before the killer hooks anyone.
