How to report someone for hacking?
So I just had a game where this one Dwight on my team popped all the gens in like 10 seconds, then proceeded to lag the game like mad by hooking and hooking himself really fast.
I recorded multiple clips on xbox but I'm unsure how I would upload these to the devs?
I don't normally report but that was just ridiculous.
EDIT* Oh and I got a matchmaking ban for some reason even though I didn't leave?

In game is the best way (and mandatory), here's a source though.
