Nurse Second Blink

Two games in a row I'm having random times where after my first blink, I can not blink a second time and the nurse keeps trying to channel but instead her hand keeps going up and down, anyone else experience this?

It's called blink bug, you have to wait up to 15 seconds so it would disspaear, not 100% tho.
