Whenever I load into a game I hook survivors on the special event hooks but no vial progress not even the icon has shown up once during my games can you help?

Ive had no vial as survivor but can fill it

Yeah same here except mine doesn’t progress no mater how many I’ve hooked

Did you look in the Halloween tab?
Take screenshots of a hooked survivor and the no vial progress in the Halloween tab and send it to support.

It's buggy. I load into matches with no vials displaying. For that match, even if you successfully escape, you aren't rewarded.
