They are utterly useless with no benefits

Some examples :

Memento blades when a survivor is injured with blades they get the hemorrhage status effect.

Placebo tablet extends the rush length by 0.5m


Addons are to help the killer not hinder

    Those add ons are fine imo especially things like speed limiter and wraith’s can lead to fun builds

    Placebo Tablet should just massively increase FOV while rushing - like, Shadowborn or even higher. Not only is it a brown add-on that people might actually use, but it would also make sense as a placebo tablet, because wider FOV makes it look like you're moving faster.
