Download Ardethas config editor. Allows for a complete uncap and various other useful edits
You can use a tutorial like this (it's a very easy process):
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R3abUylq10UI should mention that this isn't officially supported. EAC doesn't currently ban players for doing this and neither will the Devs, but when it comes to modifying game files in any way, it's always at your own risk, so keep this in mind.
