in Bug Reporting
  1. Use the Adrenaline perk.
  2. Take a crown at the exact right moment.(?)

I am speculating that taking the crown at the exact right time extended my Adrenaline speed to be permanent for the rest of the match. This was from a solo queue pub and found on accident.
