PC - Doctor shockwave bug

Perks and addons you can see on the video. Idk how did this happen, but I guess this happened after a server lag. Played as a doctor in a public match. It happened to me for the first(hopefully the last) time. When the game started, after about 2 minutes 1 guy left the game and I am not sure that was on his purpose. I think that server had some issues and lagged because when the game ended, was appeared an attention like "player disconnected, please restart the game"(sorry, I did not screenshot it). Chat also was unable because I "was offline".
