Stuck underground while trying to cleanse a totem

While playing on Mother's Dwelling as survivor I got stuck in the ground on a hill (btw I am a PC player)

The killer tried to down me and grab me and my teammates tried to revive me but that did nothin but make me more visible to them

And even though at a moment it looked like I was finally on the ground I was still stuck and my teammates and the killer ere still unable to pick me up.
