Community goal items and generic holiday items are free for everyone, regardless of when you started. The Lunar Feng shirt, for example, is free for everyone, as are the glowing killer eyes.
Items that you had to earn by completing a personal objective are not free, e.g. the Huntress' year of the dog mask. The only way to get those is by playing during the events.
Tldr: This is an archived version of the DBD forum, it has all posts, comments and media. The archived data will be published at the end of October. This site is not in any way affiliated with or endorsed by Behaviour Interactive.
