So im confused. Will the event cosmetics be able to be purchasable at any time or are they only purchasable during the Halloween event?

    You shouldn't be allowed to collect vials unless you pop an offering. For Killer and Survivor.

    Because it's BS for example to be the only survivor to pop it, and get no nectar because of a bunch of greedy feeders.
