Adrealine staying permanently on

Playing against pig with headtrap on + entity crown picked from pillar my sprintburst from adrealine continued indefinitely. Random teammate said he experienced the same thing, but I can't confirm seeing him get the effect as the endgame was hectic.

I can confirm that it was not visual bug showing the speedup icon only, I was indeed outrunning the killer.

Futher testing is needed to confirm if this is pig/headtrap-related or is adrealine in general bugged in some obscure way, since I did not experience this effect on other games.
