PC - Can No Longer Move After Stepping Over Flashbang I Threw

Overview

Step 1 : Threw flashbang on ground in front of killer picking up a survivor

Step 2 : Stepped over flashbang

Step 3 : Try to move, was stuck and model was changing directions but could not actually move

Step 4: Getting hooked or slugged did not resolve the issue - I could not wiggle nor move again after being unhooked or healed by a teammate
