Did they "Fix" Trickster sensitivity on the PTB?

I just want to know if they changed how aiming Knives works with him? Because for some reason when you ready a knife on Live, you get faster horizontal sensitivity and a lower vertical sens, it makes aiming with his Knives very weird on console/controller because the slightest movement can make you way off target.

Idk if it's a console /controller thing or even if it's "intended" , or if it's just my game being goofy when playing the Giggly boy.
