Hysteria not working on instadown killers

SilentPill

Was trying to use this perk on Bubba and noticed sawing a healthy survivor didn’t proc Hysteria.

Platform was PC. Frequency was any time I sawed a healthy survivor. I had to use M1 to get it to effect anyone.
