Rift challenge progress not registering

anynameideas

Have constantly had issues with the rift challenge progress not registering.

• 10 Iridescent emblems challenge. Was on 9/10, finished a match, got 2 iridescent emblems, still sitting on 9/10. Next match although I finished it.
• Escape with ultra rare item x2 challenge. Two games in a row escaped with the ultra rare key through the hatch. Neither time it registered in the rift challenge. It doesn't mention in the challenge it only works with gate escape, so it sounds like a bug to me. (Doesn't seem to make sense for the hatch escape not to register as there's two ultra rare items in the game and for the key the point of it is the hatch escape...)
• Perks played - lithe, prove thyself, empathy, detective's hunch
• Map - Azarovs resting place; Racoon city
• Frequency of the issue - twice in a row
• Character played - Claudette

cannot attach the log as it's too large of a file :)
