crash when one survivor left

Sail0rd

i got this bug 2 times, one during survivor game (Ashley J. Williams) one during a killer game (Blight) for the survivor game, we were two survivors still alive and the killer carried me and all my pc froze, the second time i killed 2 survivors and hooked the penultimate survivor and again all my pc froze. I cannot send any screenshot or anything because each time this occurs i have to restart my computer

I do not have this bug for every game, only 2 times on 5/6 match.
