BHVR, don't do this:
Some of twin's add on descriptions were changed, but the effect in game remains as the old effect.
You don't need oblivious in victor because he already has no heartbeat:
This can suggest that victor will be turned into an AI. Much like the clown rework, one of his add ons was updated before his power was giving people a sneak peak to the new effects. This COULD be the same situation.
Please do not (if that is your intention) turn him into an AI like zombies. One of the most fun part about twins is having insane map pressure being in 2 places of the maps at once. And if you absolutely want him to be an AI, add it to a button press when controlling charlotte when vic is idle. So you can be hunting as charlotte but vic can also be attacking.
The reason why I'm so concerned about this and why I'm jumping to conclusions so quickly is that if this is implemented it will kill the uniqueness of being in 2 places of the maps at once which is exclusive to twins. It will also make them much less fun to play.
More importantly, if this is implemented then the chances of them going back on it is unlikely much similar to how they didn't revert billy overheat.
Please, for the absolute love of god, do not do this. If I'm overreacting and this never happens then good I'll happily look like a clown for twins to stay. Otherwise one of the 3 killers I only find fun in this game will be dead, kinda like what they did to my old freddy boi.
(Also the description for cats eye changed as well, i just looked through them. Thank god toy sword isn't changed)

The description for Madeleine's Glove suggests you can at the very least still control when Victor pounces. It'd be very weird to just let him pounce without seeing what he's looking at.
Since the copy of add-ons like Bloody Black Hood or Silencing Cloth didn't change, they'll probably add an AI behaviour to both Victor and Charlotte when you are not controlling them
In that case, Madeleine's Glove would be helpful to "lure" an AI-controlled Charlotte towards your position while you are controlling Victor and stuff like that, while discouraging the usual campy playstyle that happens in Twins matches
