I am not getting my rank points at the end of the game.

I have played 3 matches as killer and haven't received my progress points. I won them all and seen my progress bar go to one point on the first two on the second and one on the third game. When it shows the medal screen it shows im rank 20 adds the point then when I back to my lobby nothing has changed.
