Trade Charms for Bloodpoints?

I wish there was a way to remove those useless cosmetics or trade them for something more useful like Bloodpoints or Shards, I have never used them nor do I care for them

If I want a cosmetic then I just buy it from the shop, Charms are just filler BEhaviour uses to make the game looks like it's giving free and rewarding cosmetic items
