So yeah who do you think has the worst perks out of the killers?

What kind of killers do you play? I feel like I get a ton of value out of Surge with legion, plague and nemesis

I play every killer, got everyone p3 level 50

I find it hard to see the effect of Surge when i use it, i feel like its unclear how much time it actually saves you. Because like i said, when i play survivor, surge never stops me from doing a gen.
